Glassblown Fused Glass by BRAD SMITH
| Brad Smith was born in Hartford, CT in 1984. He was exposed to glassblowing at age 13 at Bucks Rock performing and visual arts camp in New Milford, CT. After High School he attended Franklin Pierce College for two years. When an offer came to work with professional artist Peter Greenwood, he dropped out of college and worked as a studio and gallery assistant for the next two years. After leaving his job on good terms, Brad enrolled in the glass program at the Appalachian Center for Craft. He lives and works in Smithville, TN. |
