Folds of wire form protective petals around a central pearl. When making these pieces they resemble nests, yet as a stick pin it does look like a delicate blossom perched on your lapel. The sterling wire is hardened before shaped, making this delicate piece stronger than it looks. The medium nest is approximately 1.25" in diameter. As shown it is sterling with a central pink pearl. The stem is a little over 3" long so it can be secured easily in a coat or suit jacket lapel. This piece is also adorable on a hat or securing a scarf or cardigan. Each pin is individually handmade upon ordering, so if you prefer an oxidized sterling finish or a different color pearl (white, pale gray, or dark gray) please note that in the order notes when checking out.
