PoppyArts.com is based out of our brick and mortar store in Columbia, MO. Privacy
Poppy is dedicated to providing the highest level of privacy and security regarding your personal information. All information collected at the time of ordering is used strictly to process your order. We offer those who sign-up for our email list advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, events and Poppy happenings. E-mail addresses collected at PoppyArts.com are only used by Poppy. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell your email address to anyone else. If you would like to be removed from our email list please contact us. We will remove your name from our email list as soon as possible.

Ordering & Payment
Ordering online is the quickest and most convenient way to place an order with us.  However, if you feel more comfortable placing an order by phone, please call our local or toll-free number above. Your satisfaction is our main goal, and if there is anything we can do to make this process easier or more enjoyable just let us know.

After placing an order with us, you should receive a confirmation that we received your order via e-mail, along with a confirmation number. Poppy accepts the following methods of payment: Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Items are charged to your credit card when the order is placed.

Shipping Information
We want you to have your fabulous merchandise as quickly as possible, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. Due to the handmade nature of our inventory, shipping times and carriers will vary from artist to artist. Items ordered together may not be shipped at the same time or from the same place. Orders shipped outside of the continental US will require additional shipping fees. Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping information.

Returns
At Poppy, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Please note the following concerning Returns:

  1. You must contact us within10 daysof delivery of the item to request a return and refund.  Beyond10 days, refunds will not be available.
  2. Please call or e-mail us prior to returning the item so that we can give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned without an RA# will take significantly longer to process.
  3. Original shipping and handling that was paid on the order will not be refunded. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. Items must return to us in new condition.   For your security, please use an insured carrier (UPS or Fed Ex) and insure the item for the full value.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return for the following reasons: the item has been worn, used or altered and therefore no longer in its original condition or the return is beyond the allowed10 daysfrom delivery. No returns are allowed on sale merchandise, special orders or custom orders. Please call 1-866-92-POPPY if you have questions or concerns regarding our return policy.
  5. Items purchased online may also be returned to our brick and mortar store. Please bring any applicable paperwork with you.

Damages
Please contact us immediately at 1-866-92-POPPY if your merchandise arrives damaged. We will take the necessary steps to replace your ordered items. Please save the box as well as any packing materials in case we are required to file a claim with the carrier.

Sales Tax
By law the Federal Government requires Poppy to collect sales tax for items shipped to Missouri residents. Missouri state and Boone County taxes will be collected at a rate of 7.55% of the total purchase (excluding shipping).
